What I do:
I facilitate groups with clarity, structure, and a strong awareness of people and dynamics. As a certified LSP Facilitator, CliftonStrengthsยฎ Coach and Agile Coach & New Work Consultant, I support individuals and teams in understanding what drives them and how they work best together.
How I do what I do:
I create spaces where diverse perspectives become visible and shared solutions emerge. Combining coaching, long-term business experience, intercultural competencies, and LEGOยฎ SERIOUS PLAYยฎ, I help teams not only discuss challenges, strategies, or new ideas, but gain clarity and transform them into meaningful action. My approach: integration of mind and heart!
In a few key words:
More clarity, stronger use of strengths, more effective collaboration, new ideas.
My professional background: With experience as a department head and corporate controller, and having worked internationally, including two years based in Ireland, I understand the realities organizations face, from processes and performance to communication and collaboration. In 2021, I founded my own business as professional Coach, Consultant and Facilitator.

I know corporate environments from the inside. Targets. Expectations. Budget rounds. Talent reviews. The politics nobody names in the official meeting.
I understand the tension leaders hold between performance and people, results and relationships. That is often why clients contact me. Not for entertainment, even though there may be a good laughter from time to time. But for clarity. For unlocking strengths that are already there. For renewing collaboration that feels stuck. For new product ideas. Or to develop a strategy. And sometimes simply for the moment a team looks at what they built and realizes they were speaking about the same topic with completely different mental pictures. Workshops. Leadership retreats. Strategy conversations. Team development.โจInvited talks about strengths, facilitation, and the future of collaboration.
