My work is driven by a commitment to elevate the quality, ethics, and impact of experiential change processes through disciplined use of playful tools. One of them is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
I design and deliver high-rigor trainings, mentor facilitators and trainers, and translate key LSP content to expand access across the Americas. With more than 18 years of experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, and learning design, I work internationally across Latin America and the United States. I am known for combining strategic clarity, human sensitivity, and disciplined facilitation to enable meaningful conversations that lead to real decisions and lasting impact.

Real change happens when people are given the space, structure, and courage to think together with depth and honesty. Over the past 18 years working in organizational transformation, leadership development, and learning design, I have seen the same pattern across companies, institutions, and communities: people are intelligent, capable, and committed — yet conversations stay on the surface, alignment is fragile, and decisions are not truly owned. My work exists to close that gap.

I design and facilitate high-rigor LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® experiences that enable leaders, teams, and organizations to surface complex thinking safely, soften hierarchies, and build collective meaning.
I do not use play as entertainment, but as a disciplined language to access what is often difficult to express: assumptions, tensions, fears, aspirations, identity, and strategic intent. Whether I am working with executive teams, consultants, educators, or facilitators, my focus is always the same: quality of thinking, integrity of process, and real impact.

Customers invite me because I do not stay in theory. I help groups see patterns, challenge comfortable narratives, and move from conversation to decision.
I create the conditions for conversations that normally do not happen, and then support teams in translating insight into ownership and action.

In addition to my facilitation and consulting work, I train and mentor facilitators, leaders, and executives, and translate key LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® content to expand access in English and Spanish-speaking markets.
