I am a leadership development designer, executive and team coach, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator in Turkey (Türkiye), working internationally across Europe, Azerbaijan, and the Middle East. I design and facilitate LEGO Serious Play workshops for leadership teams and organizations who want to turn complexity into shared understanding, alignment, and meaningful action.
With a background in corporate leadership, communication, and creative industries, I bring together systemic coaching, Gestalt principles, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to make thinking visible and collaboration tangible. I regularly deliver LEGO Serious Play workshops in Turkey and internationally, supporting organizations in strategy development, team alignment, culture transformation, and learning agility.
What I do
I am one of the active LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators working in Turkey (Türkiye), designing and delivering LEGO Serious Play workshops for leadership teams, organizations, and international companies across Türkiye, Europe, Azerbaijan, and the Middle East.
I design and facilitate leadership development, team coaching, and cultural transformation journeys for organizations that want more than well-designed presentations and polite workshops. My work combines executive and team coaching (ICF PCC), systemic and Gestalt-based approaches, experiential learning design, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation, with a strong focus on culture, strategy, and collaboration in complex organizations.
I support leadership teams, HR and L&D departments in making thinking visible, aligning around what truly matters, and turning abstract challenges into shared understanding and concrete action. I work primarily in Türkiye and regularly deliver programs internationally, both in English and Turkish, online and face-to-face.
How I work
Before becoming a coach and facilitator, I spent more than 25 years in corporate life and creative industries. That experience still shapes my work today.
Clients usually do not come to me for energy or entertainment, but for clarity in complexity, alignment where teams feel fragmented, honest dialogue, and strategy people can truly own.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® plays a central role in my workshops. It helps teams externalize assumptions, slow down rushed thinking, give equal voice to introverts and senior executives, and explore strategy, culture, leadership, and systems dynamics in a tangible way.
Professional background
I am the co-founder of Paramita Partners, delivering executive and team coaching, leadership development programs, and culture transformation projects in Türkiye and internationally. I hold the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), am a graduate of the Gestalt Coaching Center.
