Practitioner Workshop: Playing for Succes – Projectmanagement

Project management and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method (LSP) ? Is that supposed to be a match? In the context of project management, LSP can be used at a wide variety of points. This can already happen when generating project ideas, at the kick-off or even during risk assessment – to name just a few of the workshop application examples.
In this Practitioner Workshop you develop a deeper understanding of how the customer can be given great help in these areas and how all steps and perspectives of project management can be taken into account here as well.

This Practitioner Workshop will be executed by the author of the Practical Guide “Playing for Succes”, Simon Dutton. Simon is a well known expert on project management and experienced facilitator of the LSP method. Also present will be Michel Cloosterman, publisher of the LSP magazine and Practical Guides.
