Daniele Radici

The 3D Canvas.

Daniele Radici

The 3D Canvas: how to Discover, Design and Define the key element of your next project!

Short Description

In this presentation of the Practical Guide booklet, Daniele will help you and your team to co-design three great milestones: 1. Discover aspirations with a quick look at the ambitions. 2. Design the core for your project and 3. define actions that will let you and your team get your goal and grow up together.

Daniele will use the Mo.S.Co.W. Model as a good starting point and introduces 4 more elements to inspire teams, work on gaps and identify clear actions to improve the "as-is" condition.

Roberto Cobianchi

Future Thinking with LSP.

Roberto Cobianchi

"The Future is in Your Hands. The art and science of using LSP to Imagine".

Think, Create and Build the Future.  A presentation together with Lucio Margulus

Short Description:

The future is not yet written, so we can fill it with our imagination. Future Thinking will be one of the key skills of the next few years: learning to look beyond what we see and experience how to break the cage of todays  usual mental patterns. This helps organizations and individuals to be more ready to face the challenges of tomorrow in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. By combining LSP practice with formal Foresight tools we can investigate alternative futures and shape a desirable future.

Simon Dutton

Playing for Success.

Simon Dutton

Project Management meets LEGO Serious Play

Short Description:

As the world emerges from lockdown, project management will play a major part in recovering to a ’new normal’. No longer can we rely on managing our projects in the same old repetitive way of pre-pandemic. The same old ways will produce the same old results. Applying LEGO Serious Play to key moments in the project lifecycle will change the way the team operates and deliver better results.

Jelle de Jong

Exercises with LSP.

Jelle de Jong

All you ever wanted to know about ...

Together with Michel Cloosterman we wanted to write a book on a special exercise using the LSP method.

Short Description:

We keep you a bit in the dark. What is this presentation about? What kind of exercises are we talking about ? ... It is like with the method itself, you never know exactly what the outcome will be ... but it is absolutely worthwhile experiencing it.

This practical guide Creative Problem Solving is a content rich step-by-step approach to prepare you to facilitate out-of-box and without-a-box thinking to gain breakthrough results. Arjan will support you  in facilitating, designing and executing an excellent workshop script.

Matthias

Remote Facilitation.

Matthias Renner

Your Workshop with LSP online

We need to change became the understatement of the year behind us. Life and work are completely different from what they were before Covid-19. Who would have ever thought LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® was feasible online? Not a question from the past at all – and now it is a reality.

Only, how do you make sure the online LSP workshops becomes a sustainable part of your business. And what is remote facilitation about ? Or how can one best prepare for an online workshop? What could you consider to be a meaningful outcome for the participants and the facilitator?

Matthias Renner explains in his presentation of his Guide: how to keep the energy in the workshop high, how can you prepare yourself  on the technical side, which tools can support you and of course which application techniques can be used.
