The workshop helped me gain clarity and alignment for my thoughts and ideas, which had previously lacked direction and were in need of a missing element to bring them to fruition. Being an international trainer and facilitator of the LSP method, I had facilitated many successful LSP workshops, yet there was still a lack of awareness and understanding among others. With the increasing amount of research being done on the effectiveness of LSP, I felt a personal urge to start something new. During the workshop, I took a step back and looked at the global developments of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, asking myself if I was truly ready to take on this new venture.

The answer to this question was the driving force behind the creation of the LSP magazine (2020) – a platform for facilitators to share their experiences and make the LSP method accessible to those interested in a playful and effective approach to complex questions.

The LSP magazine also serves as an example and inspiration for those who want to turn their dreams into reality, no matter how big or small. It offers opportunities for writing, knowledge sharing, participating in workshops or online events, and contributes to the growing understanding that individuals possess more knowledge than they realize, and that building a better future is a gradual process achieved one brick at a time.
