In “Bridging Generations Through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®,” Sara Demirel and Seher Sayman address the challenge of fostering dialogue between different generations in the workplace. Rather than viewing generational differences as problems to resolve, they propose viewing them as bridges waiting to be built. Their workshop, called BRIDGE, leverages the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology to reconnect generations and co-create a shared future.
The workshop unfolds in three phases, starting with listening to Gen Z employees, encouraging them to express their perspectives through building. The second phase involves middle-to-senior generations reflecting on their experiences, sharing wisdom and concerns about the future. By creating a collaborative environment where all voices are heard, BRIDGE aims to enhance performance, creativity, belonging, and retention, fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
I help leaders navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and build cultures where people don’t just perform — they thrive. My work sits at the intersection of strategic HR, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
Through ShinyMinds, I work at the intersection of:
