Bringing Play

In her article, the author explores the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) to enhance active listening skills in a corporate training setting. She hosted a workshop where participants built models to represent their goals and challenges, facilitating deeper engagement and understanding through play. Feedback from the session was overwhelmingly positive, indicating that incorporating LSP not only made the training enjoyable but also reinforced the learning of active listening, suggesting a promising avenue for transforming traditional training methods.
