The connection between facilitators and participants is vital in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) sessions, much like the bond between the Little Prince and his rose. Both require time and effort to flourish. Facilitators should invest in participants, creating a supportive environment and allowing meaningful outcomes to emerge. Additionally, understanding the layers of participants’ models and observing rituals, or “rites,” during workshops fosters authentic connections. Ultimately, facilitators should prioritize transformative experiences over simply counting workshops, ensuring true impact.
