The Neurobiology of Flow 101

When thinking about neurobiology in the context of flow, and also to a certain extent in the context of a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, one maybe needs to have an answer to the question, ‘why is this actually relevant’? The reason why neurobiology is so important for flow unstanding is the uniqueness of flow. This means that flow on the outside can be a completely different activity for different individuals.
